If you would like a refund or exchange, contact us at returns@melancor.com and we will issue
your RMA # (return merchandise authorization number). All requests must include your full name, address, phone number and email address. RMA # is required to return a product. Package properly to avoid damage (we cannot refund/exchange items damaged during delivery). Return within one year of order date.

Refund will be made in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. You will receive a refund within 7 business days of our receiving your return. Our return policy is for US orders only. International orders have a processing fee associated with returns.
